How to Generate and Print Table QR Codes

Learn how to export QR codes in high definition so customers can scan them and open the menu directly from where they are seated — without installing any app.

Define your tables

Navigate to Tables in the admin panel. Set the total number of tables in the dining room and assign custom names or numbers to each one.

📋 Tip: Use descriptive names like Table 1 — Terrace to make identification easier for your team.

Export the QR Code PDF

Click "Generate QR Codes". The system will automatically export a print-ready PDF, where each table has its own unique QR code and link.

The PDF contains:

Individual QR code for each table
Table number/name
Direct URL for the digital menu

Print and position on tables

Print the PDF and place the codes on your tables. Customers just need to point their phone camera — no app download required!

🖨️ Recommendation: Use acrylic stands or lamination to protect QR codes from moisture and cleaning products. 10×15cm table acrylics are ideal.

Verify functionality

After placing the QR codes, scan each one to confirm the link opens the correct menu for that specific table.
