How to Set Up All-You-Can-Eat and Additional Services

Set up per-person services with automatic discounts on included dishes. Perfect for pizza, pasta, BBQ buffets or any fixed-price-per-person model.

Create the Service product

In the panel, go to Services → Create Service and define:

• Name of the service (e.g. Pasta Buffet — €18.90)
• Fixed price per person (charged on join)
• Description shown to the customer on their phone

🍕 You can create multiple services for different occasions (different prices for lunch and dinner, for example).

Link dishes to the service

Select which menu items are part of the service. For each item, define the price within the service context:

Setting	Meaning
0.00	Item fully included in the service
Reduced price	Discounted item for service members
Normal price	Item outside the service (charged separately)

Customer join and validation

When accessing the table, the customer sees the option to join the service. After confirming:

1. The fixed price is automatically added to their total
2. Service dishes become available at the configured prices
3. Orders flow normally to the kitchen

🔧 Shadow Items: The system generates internal shadow items to track per-person service fees. These items are not sent to the kitchen, avoiding confusion on the preparation line.
